Frequently Asked Questions
For diameter tolerances we try to hold +/-5% of balloon diameter. Ex. 5mm balloon 5x0.05=0.25mm so the spec would be 5+/-0.25mm
For length we also try to hold +/-5%. Ex. A balloon with 150mm working length 150x.05=7.5mm. We would specify +/-7.5mm Ex. A balloon with a 20mm working length 10x.05=.5mm. We would specify +/-1mm
we can hold the wall thicknesses in +/-30%. However because the walls are so thin it ends up being an incredibly small tolerance. Ex. A balloon with a DWT .001” .001*.3=.0003” A balloon with a DWT of .004 .004*.3=.0012”
